Creativity
Join me this April for a yoga class inspired by play, creativity and flow throughout our poses. Stepping away from the more classical hatha approach of taking one pose at a time, we’ll flow and play and get creative on our mats.
These Liberty Lounge Yoga classes are all about bringing balance and harmony to your body and mind and are suitable for beginners and beyond . Yoga is renowned for its health and wellbeing benefits, including improving posture and coordination, lowering stress and anxiety levels, improving concentration and giving an overall sense of calm – what’s not to love?!
Hatha yoga is multifaceted, including postures (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama), relaxation, meditation and much, much more. During every class we’ll enjoy a combination of those elements to create a balanced yoga practice that will leave you feeling refreshed and recharged.
My ethos is that yoga is for every body, regardless of age, size, shape and ability so these classes are slow and steady to ensure that they are accessible for all. Yoga is non competitive, and in our session we’ll be working within our own abilities to create a meaningful mind- body connection on the mat.
Please do ensure that you inform me of any injuries, medical issues, pregnancies/recent births or any other concerns that you may have prior to taking this class.
