I have spent the last 10 years supporting women and walking alongside them to meet their own personal goals through community voluntary work and the last 5 teaching adult groups. In the last 3 years I have discovered how important taking time to sit with our own emotions is. To feel them, recognise them, acknowledge them and ride their waves. Both regularly practising mindfulness and allowing time for creative outlets has given me a better understanding of myself and helped with my mental well being. I hope to create a regular safe space to enable others to unwind and practice mindfulness whilst playing with various creative mediums, free from judgement and expectations.
